Parcel shipping and returns
Parcels are packed and shipped on the same day, at the latest on the following day (depending on the order situation) after receipt of payment, this also applies to collection. Delivery may take 1 - 3 days. The collection takes place on the same or the next day, depending on the time. You will receive an email with the exact time of collection. If the time is not convenient for you, simply send us an e-mail with your name, order number and the time that suits you. You will then receive a reply from us very quickly as to whether the new time is suitable.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling charges are a flat rate, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you combine your items into one order. It is not possible to combine two separate orders, and shipping charges will be applied to each individual order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we take extra care to protect fragile items.
The boxes are generously sized and your items are well protected.
Our delivery options are:
- Collection from our premises
- Delivery to an Omniva or Smartpost/itella parcel machine
- Home delivery with Omniva or Smartpost/itella
Before returning an item(s), please contact us with your name, order number, item number and reason for return. For garments, the original label must be present. Goods that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. When returning items, please use the same box and pack the item well so that it does not get damaged, dirty and/or further damaged in transit. Failure to return the item properly may result in us not refunding any money.
Since we are starting new, you will have to pay for your own return shipping. We may be able to move to free return shipping in the future, but we can’t promise that at this time.
